We are a sports technology startup that has secured funding and been working hard to deliver a working platform within the next few months. Our platform has generated a lot of interest with potential clients and we want to ensure we can meet their goals and timelines. With this in mind, we are looking to grow the talented and enthusiastic team.
This startup is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help deliver the platform for our next client(s).
Your mate will build relationships and oversee new customer implementations, promoting best practices with the clients. They will clearly define customer functional requirements and business requirements then manage project scope, schedules, and budgets
Working closely with management, delivery and finance, the role is versatile and fast paced. Your mate will actively engage in driving commercial and client success of the campaigns in operation
We need someone who challenges all processes with a view to continuous improvement and optimisation. Someone tenacious, focused and well-organized individual
