Our platform has generated a lot of interest with potential clients and we want to ensure we can meet their goals and timelines. With this in mind, we are looking to grow the talented and enthusiastic team.

The role operates in two modes - existing customer management and new customer onboarding.
New Customer Onboarding:- build relationships and coordinate new customers coming onto the Game On platform, promoting best practices with the customers.
Your mate will act as the central coordinator of activity between the client and the team,- managing schedules, communicating progress and decisions between parties and providing ongoing input into the roadmap and product design.
Existing Customer Management- make a significant impact on how Game On’s existing customers feel about the platform.
This will involve leading regular engagement workshops, advocating and communicating the roadmap and being the first port of call for our sporting clients to help them leverage the full power of the platform. Your mate will also be accountable for setting up and leading the platform support operations, including maintaining the knowledge base.
